We aim to deliver all orders within the specified timeframe. However, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of our products, you must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the specified day.
As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Our production facility handles peanuts, sesame, shellfish, gluten, and other allergens. While we take strict precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee completely allergen-free products.
